Principal's Message

Dear Parents and Carers,

It was very sad this morning to wake to the news of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II. May she rest in peace as we pass on our condolences to the royal family.

This week has been a week full of great excitement as we celebrated Book Week, the first non-virtual book week in two years. It is always great to celebrate the love of reading with our students, and book week is a great way to expose our students to award-winning books that foster this love. This year's theme is ‘ Dreaming with eyes open…’ the theme encourages readers to explore their own story, to listen to Country as the first storyteller and to learn from friends that help them along the way. We hope you enjoy looking at the various activities our Primary Students were involved in this week later on in the bytes.

On Wednesday, we hosted Taman Rama School for our second soccer match for the BSSA soccer season. The soccer pitch came alive with supporters for both teams cheering on their teams. Congratulations to all of our players and your teams, you all definitely put in 110% in all games, and I congratulate you on your efforts. Many of our teams won their matches, and the game reports can be found later on in the bytes.

Enjoy the bytes!
