Dear Parents and Carers,
Our students have been engaged in another great week of learning at AIS Bali. Seeing so many of our students representing the school at the Bali School Sports Association Basketball games have been great. The way our students approach these games with 100% effort is commendable and they need to be congratulated on their grit and determination to give it their best at all times.
Next term, AIS Bali will be hosting the World Scholars Cup. This two-day event is open to all the schools in Bali, South East Asia and Australia; the last World Scholars Cup we hosted was back in 2019. We look forward to welcoming the teams to our campus was two days of fun and academic activities. Any students from Year 5 to Year 12 can participate in the event.
Today I enjoyed joining our Preschool 3 and Preschool 4 students in their Perpetual Motor Program (PMP). The PMP is a movement-based program that helps younger students improve their eye/hand and eye/foot coordination, fitness, balance, locomotion and eye-tracking skills. It was a lot of fun, and I think many were surprised I could complete many activities.
Please do not forget to let Ibu Rani know if the office will be attending the first P&F social event for 2023, our Back to the 80s Trivia Night. We have many great prizes for you all to win and night full of fun and fabulosity. The quiz night is IDR 200,000 to attend, and attendees are to arrive around 6.30 pm for a 7 pm start.
