PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Principal's Message

Dear Parents and Carers,

This week, we saw the return of the annual swimming carnival, and what a great success it was. It was great to see so many of our students participating and showing team spirit throughout the day. All students should be very proud of their efforts both in and out of the pool. The cheer squads were fantastic, and it was pleasing to see that all banjars made an effort to decorate their areas. It was great seeing so many parents in attendance as well, and I hope you enjoyed the day.

Thank you to the parents who volunteered to run the Parents and Friends drink and food stall; your support was greatly appreciated.

Please do not forget that both Primary and Secondary students will be celebrating Spirit Week this week. More details about the scheduled events are to follow later in the bytes.

We are also celebrating Kartini Day on Friday, 14 April, at 0815 in the MPC. Please join us if you would like to celebrate the life of an Indonesian heroine.

I will be on leave from Wednesday, 12 April. During my absence, Ms Michelle Reynolds will be available if needed. As Michelle will be writing the opening blurb for next week's bytes, I would like to wish you all a great break. Thank you for a great term, and I look forward to seeing everyone on campus on Tuesday, 02 May, for Term Two.

Enjoy these catch-up Bytes!
