2024 NAPLAN Results
We are pleased to inform you that the NAPLAN results have arrived. We are extremely happy with this year’s results. 2024 NAPLAN Results will be sent home with parents of students in Years 3, 5, 7 & 9 who participated in the assessments in March.
Please remember that the NAPLAN papers were administered in March this year and that NAPLAN is a point in time, assessment that helps children and young people, their parents and carers, as well as their teachers and schools understand how they are progressing as students with their literacy and numeracy learning.
Inside the envelope you receive is information on how to interpret the results, further information is available on the National Assessment Program website at www.nap.edu.au
NAPLAN is not a pass or fail test and does not impact on your child’s progression through school. NAPLAN simply looks at the level students are achieving in literacy and numeracy in both a school and national context and provides further direction for your child’s learning.
Your child’s teacher has the best insight into your child’s educational progress. If you have any questions about your child’s NAPLAN results or their progress please do not hesitate to contact your child’s teacher. Click here to see a larger version of the infographic.
