Week 5 Principal’s Highlights
Half way through our term of learning and its very plain to see our community is growing every day. Starting the week in Year 6 where Ms Sinead officially launched our Primary School Captains campaign. Year 6 students have the opportunity to apply for two positions. I had a great time speaking to our young leaders in Year 6 with some great questions on leadership and what it takes to be a good one. Service is always my message, followed by always noting your impact on the people in your community. Best of luck to all applying, the process of application, interview and voting will be challenging, but very worthwhile whether you succeed or not, you are growing through experiences!
Myself, Mr Brenton, Mr Hakan & Dr Beth were present early in the week at AIS Bali, where the Minister for Education officially opened their new High School building. A great cultural and community event. Our best is sent to AIS Bali and Pak John, congratulations!
